Dramafreeze Ltd. respects your right to privacy and guarantees that no information will be collected about you on this Website without your permission. Information that you submit to Dramafreeze Ltd. will only be used for the purposes it was submitted. Dramafreeze Ltd. will never pass on your details to third parties. Delivery Policy Dramafreeze Ltd. use An Post to deliver it's products to Irish customers and endavour to ship orders on receipt of them. Customers can expect delivery within 3-5 working days of placing an order and they will be contacted directly if there is an unexpected delay in dispatching an order. Several delivery firms are used to ship orders internationally and the firm used depends on the territory to be delivered to. When international delivery is required Sccovel contacts customers directly to inform them of shipping details. Returns/Refunds Policy Goods can be returned for a full refund if faulty, if the wrong items have been dispatched or if the items have been damaged in transit. Please note that customers are entitled to a 7 working day cooling off period from the date of receipt of a delivery. If availing of the cooling off period customers need to return the purchased goods in the original packaging and unused in the same conditions they were received. Delivery costs incurred in returning items to Dramafreeze Ltd. during a cooling off period are not refunded by Dramafreeze Ltd. and are incurred directly by the customer. COPYRIGHT AND RIGHTS TO CONTENT The User acknowledges that content, including but not limited to the database, the text, Scoovel logo, software, photographs, graphics or other material (the "Content") contained on the Site is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents and other proprietary rights and laws. The User is only granted a limited personal licence to refer to, bookmark or point to any page within the Site, or to download the Content to a single personal computer or to make a printout in respect of a single copy of the Content for personal reference. All copyright and other proprietary notices in the materials must be left intact. The User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content without expressly being authorized to do so by the relevant copyright owner. Explicit permission is required to use the Scoovel logo. To request this written approval, contact the Webmaster or use the Contact details on www.scoovel.com.
